William W. Staggs

of Pineville, Arkansas

William W. Staggs, son of the late Orville Staggs and Versie Chism Staggs, was born March 14, 1965 in Calico Rock, Arkansas. He departed this life October 9, 2019 at his home in Pineville, Arkansas at the age of 54 years, 6 months and 25 days. William was a life long resident of Izard County and a 1984 graduate of Calico Rock High School. He spent his life as a loving son, brother and uncle. He farmed and was a care giver for his mother.

William is survived by seven siblings: Goldie Elsen, Samuel Staggs (Sharon), Brenda Green, Connie Wallis, Randy Staggs all of Kansas and Ronnie " Red" Staggs and Pamela Larson (Ray) of Arkansas; his childhood friend: Leman Moody of Pineville; numerous nieces and nephews; several great nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and several siblings.

Visitation will be Friday, October 11 from 6-8 p.m. at Eddie's Family Funeral Home in Calico Rock. Graveside funeral service will be Saturday, October 12 at 2:00 p.m. at Corinth Cemetery in Pineville.

Pallbearers: Curtis Honeycutt, Jimmy Honeycutt, Shad South, Anthony Wallis, Brad Edmonston and Ray Larson.

Honorary Pallbearers: Raymond Moody and Jerry Collins.
