William Van Duggins

William Van Duggins, son of Garry William Duggins and Ida Ann Killian Duggins, was born September 29,1970 in Carbondale, Illinois. He departed this life December 7, 2019 in Batesville, Arkansas at the age of 49 years, 2 months and 8 days. He was

united in marriage to Connie Marie Bloss February 12,2019 in Wideman Arkansas. William graduated in 1988 from Sylvan Hills High School, Sherwood, Arkansas, where he excelled in the music programs. He played the Violin in symphony, the trumpet in jazz, and the trombone in the marching band. William was an active member of the Demolays and a past master counselor as Sylvan Hills Masonic Lodge. William then later in his life became a Master Mason member at the

Acacia Lodge #625. He enjoyed working as home care giver. William is Baptist in faith.

He is survived by his wife: Connie Duggins of the home, his parents: Garry William Duggins and Ida Ann Killian Duggins of Wideman, Arkansas; one sister and brother-in-law: Kelli Jo Gray and Ricky Dean Gray of Pineville, Arkansas. He also loved being a very special Papa Will to Aubrey Lang Morrison and Analise Tunnicliff and two special step granddaughters; plus a host of other family members and many great friends. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents: Odus Jake Duggins and Hazel Miter Knight Duggins and maternal grandparents: Roy Hansel Killian and Viola Ellen Schulz Killian.

Visitation and funeral services will be Tuesday, December 10,2019 at Eddie's Family Funeral Home in Calico Rock. Visitation will begin at 1:00p.m. Funeral service will begin at 2:00 p.m.

Burial will be at the Pineville Cemetery with Masonic Honors.
