Virginia Lee Watson Dickerson

of Calico Rock, Arkansas

Virginia Lee Watson Dickerson, daughter of the late Everett R. Watson and Mary Mae Clark Watson, was born October 26, 1950 in Manhattan, New York.  She departed this life April 29, 2026 in Little Rock, Arkansas at the age of 75.  Virginia spent her life as a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, homemaker and friend.  Virginia worked as a store clerk and mowed yards most of her life.  She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Virginia is survived by two sons:  Jerry Dickerson of Jordan, Darrell Dickerson and wife Ileene of Jordan; one brother:  Charles Watson and wife Rayann of Dolph; eleven grandchildren:  Luke, Dickerson, Logan Dickerson (Elizabeth), Levi Dickerson (Alexis), Andrew Branscum (Kassey), Morgan Branscum, Brittany Dickerson Gann ( Andy ), Cheyanne Dickerson Young (David), Caleb Dickerson, Mae Gallup, Austin Gallup; seven great grandchildren:  Haizlea Hagan, Jameson Dickerson, Sadie Dickerson, Brooklyn Branscum, John Branscum; Alice Young, Roy Young, Destiny Gann and a host of other relatives and many good friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents; one son:  Roy Gene Dickerson and one sister:  Mary Lee Watson.

Graveside funeral service will be Saturday, May 2 at 11:00 a.m. at Galatia Cemetery with Dean Dockins officiating.

Pallbearers:  Luke Dickerson, Logan Dickerson, Levi Dickerson, Colton Dickerson, Morgan Branscum, Andrew Branscum.

Honorary Pallbearers:  Caleb Dickerson, Heath Pennington.
