Thomas L. Ballard

of Sage, Arkansas

Thomas L. Ballard, the youngest child of Barney Ballard and the late Barbara Heimbecker Ballard, was born April 10, 1979 in Salem, Arkansas.  He departed this life January 5, 2026 in Little Rock, Arkansas at the age of 46.  Thomas was a 1998 graduate of Melbourne High School.  He was united in marriage to Eve Banning October 31, 2005.  Thomas was a loving husband, father, poppy, son, uncle, brother, provider, friend. While he did enjoy time with his work family, his life was defined by his family and friends, not by chasing a career.  He loved being outdoors with his kids and dogs; hunting, hiking or just hanging out.

He is survived by his loving wife of 20 years; his children:   Evan Ballard (Lexi), Tristan Ballard, Sarah Ballard ( Jackson); grandchildren:  Elizabeth & Theodora, and one on the way; father, two sisters, numerous nieces and nephews; two uncles and a host of other relatives and many good friends.  He was preceded in death by his mother; his first wife:  Jessica Sherrell Ballard; his grandparents and uncles.

Celebration of Life service will be planned for a later date.
