Theodore Farmer

of Pineville, Arkansas

Theodore Farmer, son of the late Theo Everett Farmer and Metz Irene Peters Farmer, was born September 17, 1929 in DeValls Bluff, Arkansas. He departed this life January 30, 2019 in Calico Rock, Arkansas at the age of 89 years, 4 months and 13 days. He was united in marriage to Pasty Ruth Sanders July 16, 1994. Ted served in the United States Navy. He spent his life as a loving son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, provider and friend. During his working years he was a millwright, journeyman, truck driver, welder, and mechanic. He was of the Christian faith.

Ted is survived by three sons: Theo Allen Farmer, Michael Farmer both of Caddo, Oklahoma and Ted Christian Farmer of Pineville; two daughters: Glenda L. Fisher and husband Eddie of Nashville, Tennessee and Sherry Denise Robinson of Durant, Oklahoma; former wife: Evona Farmer of Caddo, Oklahoma; ten grandchildren; several great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; one brother: Phillip Farmer and one sister: Ruth Wilson.

Graveside funeral service will be Friday, February 1 at 3:00 p.m. at Wises Chapel (aka Crossroads) Cemetery in Pineville with Beth Kratochvil officiating.
