Sheryl Ann Crider Burris

Of Brockwell, Arkansas

Sheryl Ann Crider Burris, daughter Sharon Vanwinkle Crider and the late Jessie P. Crider, was born May 5, 1958 in Kerrville, Texas. She departed this life August 19, 2021 at her home in Brockwell, Arkansas at the age of 63 years, 3 months and 14 days. She was united in marriage to Jimmy Burris February 11, 1975 in Melbourne, Arkansas and together they raised two daughters. Sheryl spent her life as a loving daughter, sister, wife and mother. During her working years she was employed at Columbia Flooring in Melbourne and retired there in 2013.

She is survived by her mother:  Sharon Crider of Brockwell; her two daughters:  Dhiaa Potts and husband Greg of Brockwell, Arkansas and Dondee Hill also of Brockwell:  one sister; Carolyn Buck and husband Leslie of Texas; four brothers:  J.D. Crider and wife Jequita of Melbourne, Jimmy Crider and wife Bonnie of Oxford, Charles Crider of Oxford and Kenneth Crider of Alabama; two granddaughters:  Trinity Goode and Aviana Potts both of Brockwell. She was preceded in death by her father, husband and one sister, Teresa Vanostrand.

Graveside service will be held Wednesday, August 25 at 2:00 p.m. at Owens Cemetery in Brockwell with Leon Morehead officiating.
