Sherman Lamb

of Tulsa, Oklahoma

Sherman Lamb, son of the late Everett Lamb and Sarah Faye Stone Lamb, was born January 10, 1935 in Whiteville, Arkansas. He departed this life January 2, 2020 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 84 years, 11 months and 22 days. Sherman spent his life as a loving son, brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend. Sherman lived his adult life in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He employed by Coca-Cola Corporation, retiring after many years of employment. After retirement from Coke, he started his own heating and cooling business. He made many friends and was loved by all. He was a hard working man with a big heart. He would help anyone in need. He loved to play his guitar in his spare time. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by three sisters and two brothers-in-law: Gunita and Darrell Owens of Dolph, Virginia Boling of Tulsa and Dixie and Ronnie Byrd of Gainesville, Missouri; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; two sons: Wayne and Dale Lamb and one sister: Doris Daniel.

Graveside funeral service will be Monday, January 6 at 2:00 p.m. at Whiteville Cemetery under the direction of Eddie's Family Funeral Home in Calico Rock.
