Samuel Hernandez

Of Calico Rock, Arkansas

Samuel Hernandez, son of the late Anselmo Hernandez and Serafina Garcia Hernandez, was born January 10, 1931 in San Leandro, California. He departed this life October 30, 2020 in Calico Rock, Arkansas at the age of 89 years, 9 months and 20 days. Samuel spent his life as a loving son, brother, husband, father, provider and friend. During his working years he was employed by Lockheed Martin retiring after 20 years of employment.

He is survived by two sons: Samuel Martin Hernandez and Eric Hernandez both of California; one brother: Genaro Hernandez of Tucson, Arizona; two sisters: Josephine Brown of Phoenix, Arizona and Minerva Viramontes of San Leandro, California and a host of other relatives and many good friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.

No memorial service has been planned at this time.
