Robert Leslie Swan, Jr.

Of Gadsden, Tennessee

Robert Leslie Swan, Jr., son of Colene Hunt Swan and the late Robert L. Swan, Sr., was born October 2, 1962 in Lemoore, California.  He departed this life May 30, 2021 in Jackson, Tennessee at the age of 58 years, 7 months and 21 days.  He was united in marriage to Vickie Tribble July 1, 1989 in Portia, Arkansas and together they raised three sons.  Robert graduated from Dyersburg State Community College with a degree in Manufacturing Systems Technology.  At the time of his death, he held a supervisory position at a retail store.  Robert enjoyed fishing and was an avid bass fisherman and a car enthusiast. He was of the Christian faith.

Robert is survived by his wife of 31 years:  Vickie Swan of the home; one son:  Charles Alan Swan and wife Candace of Heber Springs, Arkansas; two stepsons:  Joe Bruton and wife Felecia of Bells, Tennessee and Stanley Ragsdell of Lexington, Tennessee; his mother:  Colene Swan of Calico Rock; one sister: Ronna Rodman of Beebe, Arkansas; five grandchildren:  Londinn Byrley, Ava Bruton, Brennan Swan, Raylen Bruton and Kenzie Swan and a host of other relatives and many good friends.  He was preceded in death by his father:  Robert L. Swan, Sr., and his brother-in-law:  John Rodman.

Visitation will be Thursday, June 3 from 6-8 p.m. at Eddie's Family Funeral Home in Calico Rock.  Funeral service will be Friday, June 4 at 10:00 a.m. at Eddie's Family Funeral Home in Calico Rock.  Burial will be at Roselawn Cemetery.

Pallbearers:  Alan Swan, Joe Bruton, Tony Hunt, Justin Hunt, Stanley Ragsdell and Candace Rodman.
