Robert Dale Rhine

Of Dolph, Arkansas

Robert Dale Rhine, son of the late Ferman Washington and Katie Leona Clubb Rhine, was born January 31, 1933 in Kansas City, Kansas.  He departed this life April 1, 2023 in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 90 years, 2 months and 1 day.  He was united in marriage to Eunice May Sanders on December 8, 1958 and together they raised two children. Robert spent his life as a loving son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, provider and friend.  Most of his working years were spent as a truck driver for Guy King and Sons in Mountain Home.  He was of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by his wife of 64 years:  Eunice May Sanders Rhine of the home; one son: Clint Wayne Rhine and wife Gloria; one daughter:  Sandra Kay Rhine Truax; one granddaughter:  Ashley Nichole Shattuck and husband Ethan; four great grandsons:  Cole Hendrix, Teegan Hendrix, Charlie Shattuck and Wyatt Shattuck and a host of other relatives and many good friends.  He was preceded in death by his parents: one brother: Clifford Jack Rhine; three sisters:  Mildred Peacher, Shirley Stimach and Jean Johnson.

A direct burial will be held Tuesday, April 4 at Dolph Baptist Cemetery.
