Rita Dianna Burkhart Jackson

Of Calico Rock, Arkansas

Rita Dianna Burkhart Jackson, daughter of the late John Cornelius Burkhart and Margaret Anesthasia Prentice Burkhart, was born June 13, 1947 in Decatur, Illinois.

She departed this life November 10, 2020 in Melbourne, Arkansas at the age of 73 years, 4 months and 28 days.  She was a strong believer in Jesus Christ. She expressed her faith to whomever she met whether they wanted to hear it or not. She was a conservative Christian lady who loved listening to bible teaching, preaching and reading of the bible.

She was a member of New Hope Christian Fellowship Church.

She is survived by three daughters: Lisa Royer, Lori Kuhn and Denise Young; and a host of other relatives and many good friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband and one sister:  Sharon Matherly.

Graveside funeral service will be Monday, November 16 at 1:00 p.m. at Pineville Cemetery with Wade Moser officiating.
