Randy Bruce Sanders

Of Dolph, Arkansas

Randy Bruce Sanders, son of the late Burling "Laz" Sanders and Patricia Plough Sanders, was born February 2, 1958 in Calico Rock, Arkansas.  He departed this life March 29, 2023 at his home in Dolph, Arkansas at the age of 65 years, 1 month and 27 days.  He was a graduate of Calico Rock High School. Randy spent his life as a loving son, brother, father, uncle,  grandfather, provider and friend.  Most of his working years were spent as a carpenter and iron worker.  He was a man who took great pride in his work along with a great respect for nature and family.

He is survived by two daughters:  Jennifer Weathersbee and husband Benjamin Rek ittke of Kansas City, Missouri and Kelsey Wilson and husband David of Pascagoula, Mississippi; one son:  Ryan Sanders of Seattle, Washington; one brother:  Ricky Sanders of Pineville; one sister:  Sharon Housley and husband Eddie of Russellville; four grandchildren:  Aleah Sanders, Jonathan Sanders, Rayna Sanders and Faith Wilson; nephews:  Brandon Sanders and wife Nancy of Mountain Home, Tyrel Sanders and wife Jamie of Dolph and a host of other relatives and many good friends.  He was preceded in death by his parents; one grandson:  Nicholas Sanders; grandparents:  Arthur and Nola Sanders and Hugh and Hazel Plough; and two nephews:  Jason and Jared Guthrie.

Memorial service will be held Wednesday , April 12 at 10:00 a.m. at Grace Fellowship Church in Dolph with Dean Dockins officiating.
