Priscilla Joanne Sauder Pruitt

Of Franklin, Arkansas

Priscilla Joanne Sauder Pruitt, daughter of the late Clayton Abner Sauder and Mildred Charlene Johnston Sauder, was born August 6, 1949 in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.  She departed this life December 9, 2024 in Ash Flat, Arkansas at the age of 75.  She was united in marriage to Howard Pruitt December 27, 1969 and together they raised 2 sons.  Priscilla spent her life as a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, homemaker, teacher and friend.  She taught at Izard County Consolidated School, retiring after 28 years of teaching.  She was of the Church of Christ faith.

Priscilla is survived by two sons:  Phillip Pruitt and wife Rachella of Fayetteville and Jeff Pruitt of Horseshoe Bend; one sister:  Patricia Shank and husband William of York, Pennsylvania; three grandchildren:  Clayton Pruitt, Megan Pruitt and Brayden Pruitt; one niece:  Amanda Nowell of Hershey, Pennsylvania and a host of other relatives and friends.   She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband: Howard Pruitt.

No memorial service is planned at this time.
