Michael Larry Smith, son of the late Revell Smith and Faye Tate Smith, was born August 3, 1948 in Wentachee, Washington. He departed this life November 1, 2020 at his home in Bear Creek, Montana at the age of 72 years, 2 months and 29 days. Mike spent his life as a loving son, father, nephew, cousin and friend. Mike grew up and attended school in Wentachee, Washington. He went on to travel to Texas and Louisiana to work in the construction and energy industries. When he moved to Arkansas, he was employed by the Arkansas Highway Department on the striping crew. After moving to Montana he worked with the Montana Highway Department. In his younger days he enjoyed riding his Harley and making friends along the way.

Mike is survived by his longtime companion: Stephanie Ramirez of the home; one son: Michael Isaac Smith of Bear Creek; his aunt: Diane Tate Devore of Springfield, Missouri; numerous cousins and a host of other relatives and many good friends.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
