Matthew Thomas Foy

Of Violet Hill, Arkansas

Matthew Thomas Foy, son of the late William Clifford Foy and Emma Stuller Foy, was born June 16, 1961 in Somerset Pennsylvania.  He departed this life October 21, 2023 at his home in Violet Hill, Arkansas at the age of 62 years, 4 months and 5 days.  Matthew spent his life as a loving son, brother, uncle, father, grandfather, provider and friend. Most of his working years were spent in residential construction.

Matthew is survived by three sons:  Christopher Foy of Mt. Airy, Maryland, Jaden Foy of Little Rock and Noah Foy of Mountain Home; one daughter:  Krystal Swanson of Mt. Airy, Maryland; three grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.  He was preceded in death by his parents.

No public memorial service is planned at this time.
