Mary Ruth Franzel Meyer, daughter of the late Robert Paul Franzel and Marguerite Ernest Franzel, was born September 9, 1951 in Denver, Colorado.  She departed this life February 12,2020 at her home in Brockwell, Arkansas at the age of 68 years; 5 months and 3 days.  Mary spent her life as a loving daughter, sister, wife, companion, homemaker and friend.

She is survived by her companion of many years:  Dale Vaile of the home; two brothers:  Paul Franzel of Montana and Mike Franzel of Colorado; four sisters:  Linda Howell and husband Melvin, Joanne Deihl and Shannon Young and husband Will all of Wiggins, Colorado and Carolyn Franzel of California; numerous nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister Peggy Koubek; one brother:  Joseph Franzel and a husband:  Johnny Meyer.

A memorial service will be Saturday, March 7 at 10:00 a.m. at Eddie's Family Funeral Home in Melbourne.
