Lucas Aaron Orf

of Mammoth Spring, Arkansas

Lucas Aaron Orf, beloved son of Michael and Ashley Miles Orf, was born March 13, 2005 in Batesville, Arkansas. He departed this life September 18, 2018 in Mammoth Spring, Arkansas at the age of 13 years, 6 months and 5 days. At the time of his death, he was in the 8 ^th grade at Thayer Junior High School in Thayer, Missouri. Lucas loved all sports and was active in baseball, basketball and cross country. He was a follower of Jesus Christ and attended First Baptist Church in Thayer.

Lucas is survived by his parents and one brother and one sister: Michael and Ashley Orf, Tyler Orf and Riley Orf all of Mammoth Spring; his paternal grandparents: Donnie and Linda Orf of Calico Rock; his maternal grandparents: Fred and Ruth Ann Miles of Jonesboro; three uncles: Matt and Kelli Orf of Oxford, Marcus and Abbey Orf of Mammoth Spring and Chris and Gina Miles of Bono; six cousins and a host of other relatives and many good friends. He was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal great grandparents.

Visitation will be Sunday, September 23 from6-8 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Calico Rock. Memorial service will be Monday, September 24 at 2:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Calico Rock with Jarred Russell and Brandon Martin officiating. Musical selections will be provided by Emma Rouse and Alec Shrable. Burial will be at Roselawn Cemetery in Calico Rock under the direction of Eddie's Family Funeral Home in Calico Rock.

Honorary Pallbearers: Warrior Baseball Team, Siloam Slam Baseball Team, Thayer Junior High School Boys Sports Teams and Riley Whiteaker.
