Dorothy Lorine Finley Ritter

of Calico Rock, Arkansas

Dorothy Lorine Finley Ritter, daughter of the late Harm Finley and Sarah Watkins Finley, was born March 24, 1938 in Elizabeth, Arkansas.  She departed this life June 26, 2026 in Calico Rock, Arkansas at the age of 88.  Lorine spent her life as a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, devoted grandmother, homemaker and friend.  Most of her working years were spent at White River Healthcare in the housekeeping department.

Lorine is survived by three sons: David Ritter of Calico, Carroll Ritter of Fifty-Six, Richard Buckbee of Mountain Home; one daughter:  Brenda Ritter of Lakeview; grandchildren:  Russell Utter, Melissa Tabor, Sara Barnes, Christopher Ritter, Cynthia Richie, Ashley Judy, Carroll Ritter, Jr., Coy Ritter, Brianna Ritter; great grandchildren:  Kelsey Prater, Emily Barnes, Haven Judy, Estella Judy, Kinsley Ritter, Koen Staggs, Grayson Ritter, Gloria Ritter, Jeremiah Taylor Payton Taylor, Terikk Mitchell, Sawyer Mitchell, Jasper Mitchell, Ethan Ritter, Paul Lowe, Lily Lowe, Samuel Lowe; great great grandchildren:  Braxton Prater and a host of other relatives and many good friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; two brothers:  J. W. Finley, Floyd Finley; five sisters:  Novella Lane, Roberta McFarland, Lucille Parker, Norma Jean Green, Dessie Dunn and one great granddaughter:  Valori Ritter.

Visitation and funeral service will be Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at Eddie's Family Funeral Home in Calico Rock.  Visitation will begin at 12:00 p.m.   Funeral service will begin at 1:00 p.m. with Beth Kratochvil officiating.  Burial will follow at Gassville Cemetery.
