Lee Dale Goodson

Of Calico Rock, Arkansas

Lee Dale Goodson, son of the late Leonard Dale Goodson and Erma Mason Goodson, was born February 21, 1962 in Houston, Texas.  He departed this life October 7, 2022 in Calico Rock, Arkansas at the age of 60 years, 7 months and 16 days.  Lee spent his life as a loving son, brother, father, grandfather, provider and friend.  During his working years, he was a welder.  He loved living in Calico Rock, where he could enjoy going out on the White River.  He was of the Baptist faith.

Lee is survived by two sons:  Clayton Goodson of Fayetteville and James Bailey and wife Adrianne of Bethesda; one daughter:  Samantha Goodson of Mount Pleasant; one brother:  Dale Goodson and wife Alicia of Calico Rock; two sisters:  Vicki Thompson and husband Mike of Calico Rock and Sherri Seay and husband Mike of Jordan; two grandchildren:  Adam Bailey and James Bailey of Bethesda and a host of other relatives and many good friends.  He was preceded in death by his parents.

The family will be holding a memorial service at Calico Rock First Baptist Church on Friday, October 14 at 2:00 p.m.
