Kimmy Lynn Engles

Kimmy Lynn Engles, son of the late Vernon Ray Engles and Estel Bernice Shaver Engles, was born November 22, 1955 in Guion, Arkansas. He departed this life August 9, 2020 at his residence in Gid, Arkansas at the age of 64 years, 8 months and 18 days. Kim was a lifelong resident of Izard County. He spent his life as a loving son, brother, grandson, uncle and friend. At a young age, Kim had a love for cars. He turned that love into his life's work as an auto mechanic.

He is survived by seven brothers and sisters: Rick Engles and wife Theresa of Mount Pleasant, Terry Engles of Mount Pleasant, Danny Engles and wife Diana of Gid, Rhonda Engles of Gid, Barry Engles and wife Carolyn of Gid, Beverly Guiltner and husband Roy of Melbourne and Tim Engles of Gid; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of other relatives and many good friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister-in-law: Sharron Engles.

Graveside funeral service will be Tuesday, August 11 at 3:00 p.m. at Reeves Cemetery with Michael Engles officiating. Arrangements by Eddie's Family Funeral Home in Melbourne.

Pallbearers: Terry Engles, Danny Engles, Barry Engles, Tim Engles, Brent Engles and Rick Engles.
