Kathryn Rose Mayfield

Of Mountain Home, Arkansas

Kathryn Rose Mayfield, daughter of the late Charles Mayfield and Ruth Black Mayfield, was born April 16, 1963 in Kansas City, Missouri.  She departed this life November 12, 2023 in Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 60 years, 11 months and 26 days.  Kathryn spent her life as a loving daughter, sister, granddaughter, aunt and friend.  During her working years, she worked at several places, including Baxter Lab, Department of Corrections at Pine Bluff and Stone County Ironworks.

Kathryn is survived by ten nieces and nephews; twenty-two great nieces and nephews; several great great nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and many good friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers:  Charles Mayfield and Johnny Mayfield and three sisters:  Elaine Cook, Becky Lamb and Cynthia Branscum.

Graveside funeral service will be held Thursday, November 16 at 10:00 a.m. at Galatia Cemetery under the direction of Eddie's Family Funeral Home in Calico Rock, Arkansas.
