Julie Ann Richards, daughter of Rosalee Souza Richards and the late Walter B. Richards, was born October 8, 1964 in Apple Valley, California.  She departed this life May 3, 2023 at her home in Oxford, Arkansas at the age of 58 years, 6 months and 25 days.  After graduating high school, Julie went on to graduate college as a Licensed Practical Nurse.  She spent her life as a loving daughter, sister, mother, aunt, homemaker and friend.  Most of her working years, were spent in nursing homes working as an LPN.  She was of the Christian faith.
Julie is survived by one daughter:  Raven Richards and her boyfriend Nathan Curtis of Harvel, Illinois; her mother:  Rosalee Richards of Gassville; one brother:  Chris Richards of Melbourne; one sister:  Mandy Burns and husband Patrick of Melbourne; two nieces: Tiffini Richards of Crescent, Oklahoma and Allison Bothwell of Idaho ; one nephew:  Chris Tedeschi of Brooklyn, New York;  her good friends:  Kisa Hoots of Searcy and Jacque Planellas-Russell  of Crescent, Oklahoma and a host of other relatives and many good friends.  She was preceded in death by her father and one brother:  David Richards.
Graveside funeral service will be Monday, May 8 at 10:00 a.m. at Knob Creek Cemetery with Will Minick officiating under the direction of Eddie's Family Funeral Home in Melbourne, Arkansas.
