Joey Stefka

Joey Stefka born as Joseph Victor Stefka, son of Charmaine Spell Butgereit and Kenny Collins, was born July 18, 1988 in Racine, Wisconsin. He departed this life April 22, 2018 in Calico Rock, Arkansas at the age of 29 years, 9 months and 4 days. Joseph was a 2007 graduate of Izard County Consolidated High School. At the time of his death he owned and operated Perfect Touch Lawn Care and Landscape. He spent his short life as a loving, caring and generous son, brother, uncle and friend who always had a smile on his face. He loved being outdoors, spending time with family and friends, playing a good game of basketball and life in general.

He is survived by his mother: Charmaine Butgereit of Oxford; his father: Kenny Collins of Ash Flat; one brother: Gary Kodrich of Clearwater, Florida; one brother of his heart: Larry Joe Herring of Brockwell; five sisters: Brienna Son of Ash Flat, Christine Kodrich of Horseshoe Bend, Heather Lawrence of Batesville, Letticia Collins of Oxford and Shayanne Collins of Horseshoe Bend; maternal grandmother: Karen Spell of Horseshoe Bend; one aunt: Adrienne Cameron-Parks of Horseshoe Bend numerous nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and many good friends.

Visitation will be Friday, April 27 from 6-8 p.m at Eddie's Family Funeral Home in Melbourne, Arkansas. Funeral service will be Saturday, April 28 at 2:00 p.m. Izard County Consolidated Gymnasium in Brockwell with Charles Treat officiating. Burial will be at Roberts Cemetery.

Pallbearers: Gary Kodrich, Brandon Cohn, Richard Cohn, David Huff, Kyle McCandlis, Adam Montgomery, Chance Hui Hui and Garrett Batterton.
