Jeremy Dean "Goat" Fitzgerald

Of Calico Rock, Arkansas

Jeremy Dean "Goat" Fitzgerald, son of the late Charles Dean Fitzgerald and Wanda Faye Edwards Fitzgerald, was born August 22, 1970 in Batesville, Arkansas.  He departed this life April 3, 2024 in Springfield, Missouri at the age of 53 years, 7 months and 12 days.  He was united in marriage to Kendra Leigh McCurley in 2022. Jeremy spent his life as a loving son, brother, grandson, nephew, husband, father, uncle, grandfather, provider and friend.  At the time of his death, he was a machine operator at Dan Foss Power Solutions in Mountain Home.

He is survive by his wife:  Kendra Fitzgerald of the home; three sons:  Gregory Fitzgerald and wife Carly of Alta Vista, Virginia, Dalton Dale of Melbourne, Coty Fitzgerald and wife Andrea of Batesville; two daughters:  Tayler Leonard and husband Tanner  and Tori Callahan and husband Preston all of Mountain View; one sister:  Stacy Passmore and husband Michael of Southside; fourteen grandchildren:  John Oates, Raliegh Oates, Annalee Oates, Cotikay Fitzgerald, Laken Fitzgerald, Grace Ann Melton, Emma Alexandra Melton, Callum Dean Fitzgerald, Chevy Leonard, Stetson Leonard, Gatlin Leonard, Aubry Crymes, Kyson Callahan, Conor Callahan; two aunts:  Brenda Wycough of Southside and Tommie Blue of Cushman; nieces and nephews and nieces:  Lindsay Sewell, Erica (Zachary Cooper) Passmore, Jonathon Passmore, Zachary Passmore; father and mother-in-law:  Keith and Patricia McCurley of Wideman and brothers-in-law:  Scott McCurley of Wideman and Brent McCurley of Calico Rock and a host of other relatives and many good friends.  He was preceded in death by his parents; his paternal grandparents:  George and Myrtle Fitzgerald and maternal grandparents:  Tommy and Wanda Edwards.

Visitation will be Friday, April 5 from 6-8 p.m. at Eddie's Family Funeral Home in Calico Rock.
