It is with great sadness that we, the family of Janie Francis Cooper announce her passing.

Ms. Cooper, 91, of Newburg, Arkansas passed away on December 21, 2021. She was born May 18, 1930, in Newburg, Arkansas to Paul and Olma Harmon. Ms Cooper was a member of the Church of Christ in Melbourne. and a longtime resident of Newburg.

On Wednesday, December 29 ^th a visitation service will be held at Eddie's Funeral Home, 79 Ballpark Drive, Melbourne Arkansas, from 12:00 P.M. to 1:00 P.M. A graveside service will follow at Violet Hill Cemetery, Violet Hill, Arkansas.

She was predeceased in death by her two loving husbands John Roddy, 24 years, and James Cooper, 36 years and one sister, Willie Marie Collie.

She is survived by two daughters, Paula Brehm (Alan) and Mary McCarty, with three grandchildren and one great-grand child. A sister, Charlene Langston of Melbourne, Arkansas and three sons, James Cooper (Vicki), David Cooper (Alma) and Paul Cooper along with 12 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. She also leaves numerous other relatives and friends.
