J. C. Craig

of Mount Pleasant, Arkansas

J. C. Craig, son of the late Elvie Craig and Alice Brooks Craig, was born September 10, 1944 in Mount Pleasant, Arkansas.  He departed this life May 7, 2026 in Melbourne, Arkansas at the age of 81.  J. C. was a devoted son, brother and friend. After graduating from business college, he worked for Citizen's Bank in Batesville, retiring after 40 years of employment.  He was of the Baptist faith and a member of Macedonia Freewill Baptist Church.

J. C. is survived by one sister:  Wilma Craig of Mount Pleasant and a host of other relatives and many good friends.  He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister:  Tressie Craig.

Graveside funeral service will be Tuesday, May 12 at 2:00 p.m. at Reeves Cemetery with Charles Brooks officiating.

Pallbearers:  Charles Brooks, Larry Love, Gary Cambpell, Don Ferguson, Tojo Massey and Virgil Craig.

Honorary Pallbearers:  Members of Macedonia Freewill Baptist Church.
