Gracie Lucille Byler Hill, daughter of the late Robert Marshall Byler and Elzora Johnson Byler, was born April 9, 1928 in Boswell, Arkansas. She departed this life Jully 23, 2026 at Mountain Home, Arkansas at the age of 98. Lucille spent her life as a daughter, sister, wife, mother, aunt, grandmother, great grandmother, homemaker and friend. She was united in marriage to Roy Lee Hill August 30, 1947 in Cotter and together they raised two sons. Her working years were spent at Boswell Post office, retiring after 38 years of employment. She was of the Baptist faith and a member of First Baptist Church in Calico Rock.

Lucille is survived by two sons: Ronald Hill and wife Phyllis of Boswell, Wayne Hill of Mountain Home; four grandchildren: Autumn Hill, Rheagan Hill, Bleu Hill, Rheagan Loveday; two great grandchildren: Maya Loveday, Jasmine Loggins and a host of other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; nine siblings: Clarence Byler, John Byler, Flora Lane, Pearl Craig, Louise Pierce, Floyd Byler, Lloyd Byler, Cleo Byler, one infant and one granddaughter: Brook Loggins.

Graveside funeral service will be Thursday, July 30 at Roselawn Cemetery beginning at 10:00 a.m.
