Frederick Lewis Beck

Of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas

Frederick Lewis Beck, son of the late William Charles Beck and Orlean Sue Witherow Beck, was born January 6, 1950 in Dallas, Texas.  He departed this life November 26, 2020 at his home in Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas at the age of 70 years, 10 months and 2o days.  He proudly served 19 years in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War.  After receiving an honorable discharge, he worked as commercial truck driver.  He was united in marriage to Veronica "Ronnie" Lee Campbell July 4, 1997 in Salem, Arkansas.  Frederick spent his life as a loving son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, provider and friend.

He is survived by his wife of 23 years:  "Ronnie" Beck of the home; four sons:  Joseph Beck of McKinney, Texas, Willie Beck of Horseshoe Bend, Jimmy Beck of Oregon and Billy Beck of Horseshoe Bend; one daughter:  Debra Beck of Jacksonville, Florida; three brothers:  Michael Beck, Jerry Beck, James Beck all of Texas; two sisters:  Patricia Beck of Melbourne and Sue Beck of Horseshoe Bend; 14 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and many good friends.  He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers.

Graveside funeral service will be Wednesday, December 2 at 11:00 a.m. at Roberts Cemetery with Grace Pearson officiating.
