Estelle Mahana Pickens

Of Calico Rock, Arkansas

Estelle Mahana Pickens, daughter of the late Robert Lee Mahana and Dorothy May Phiffer Mahana, was born September 21, 1934 in Caddo, Oklahoma.   She departed this life September 22, 2020 at her home in Calico Rock, Arkansas at the age of 86.   She spent her life as a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great great grandmother, homemaker and friend. Most of her working years, were spent being a manager at convenience stores or banks. Estelle has been a resident of Calico Rock for close to ten years. She was a member of Pleasant Valley Community Church in Calico Rock.

Estelle is survived by four children: Cynthia Shumate and Kimberly Berhow both of Calico Rock, Donna Fish Ontario, California and Jeffrey Mannix of California; one sister: Dorothy Corene Rutledge of Utah; ten grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; eight great great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and many good friends.   She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband and one brother: Daniel Lee Mahana.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
