Euna Emolene (Sexton) Moser was born April 2, 1926 in Wild Cherry, Arkansas. She went on to be with her Lord and Savior on June 1, 2023 in Calico Rock, Arkansas at the age of 97. She was the daughter of Jim and Ethel King Sexton. She was married on November 4, 1943 to Lavoe Moser and together they raised four sons: Doyle, Jim, Larry, and Wade
Emolene is preceded in death by her parents, Jim and Ethel Sexton, her husband of 68 years, Lavoe Moser, son Doyle and his wife Linda, four brothers: Sterling Sexton, Lowell Sexton, Olen Sexton, and Hayden Sexton, three sisters: Mittie, and Viola Glee (who died before Emolene was born) and an infant Evelyn who was still born.
Emolene leaves to morn her passing; three sons: Jim Moser and wife Kim, Larry Moser, and Wade Moser and wife Taffy all of Calico Rock. nine grandchildren: Randy Moser and wife Crystal, Crystal Maynard and husband Dwayne, Derek Moser and wife Amanda, Brent Moser, Amber Stone and husband Lonnie, Kelby Moser and wife Tara, Levi Moser, Harmony Morse and husband Logan, and Trisha Arnold; fourteen great grandchildren: Chastan Moser, Lindy Faulkner and husband Blake, Caleb Moser, Promise Blanchard and husband Joseph, Haven and Macey Maynard, Hannah Stone, Maybrey, Rhodes, and Rawley Moser, Kellen Moser, Jadelyn, Addie Mae, and Blaycen Morse; two great great grandchildren: Adiel Grace and Alexander; one sister: Imogene Drown; one sister-in-law: Vernece Young; one daughter in law: Shirley Curran; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and many good friends.
Visitation and funeral service will be Monday, June 5 at New Hope Christian Fellowship Church. Visitation will be 10-11 a.m. Funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m. with Dwayne Maynard and Randy Moser officiating. Burial will follow at Wild Cherry Cemetery under the direction of Eddie's Family Funeral Home in Calico Rock.
