Emily Denise Gillihan

Emily Denise Gillihan, daughter of Donald and Cindy Smith Gillihan, was born September 1, 1996 in Batesville, Arkansas. She departed this life October 16, 2018 at her home in Twin Creek, Arkansas at the age of 22 years, 1 month and 15 days. She spent her life as a loving daughter, sister, niece, aunt and friend. Emily was a 2014 graduate of Melbourne High School. She was of the Church of Christ faith and a member of Twin Creek Church of Christ.

Emily is survived by her parents: Donald and Cindy Gillihan of Twin Creek; three siblings: Tass Gillihan of Melbourne, Dwight Gillihan and wife Autumn of Twin Creek and Taya Gillihan of Melbourne; four nieces and nephews: Kavery Acklin, Kaleb Grisham, Alaina Gillihan and Rhett Gillihan; maternal grandparents: Cecil and Barbara Smith of Ravenden; paternal grandparents: George and Janette of Twin Creek and a host of other relatives and many good friends.

Funeral service will be Friday, October 19 at 10:00 a.m. at Eddie's Family Funeral Home in Melbourne with Tim Woolridge officiating. Burial will be at Combs Cemetery.
