Elbert Wayne Dover was born September 1st, 1968 in Norfolk, Arkansas. For his entire 56 years, He was a man of God; a man of nature; and a man of love. You could see his love in everything he touched - which was damn near everything around him. You knew he loved you because he'd make you something. Everything he touched turned to something beautiful - tile into mosaics; seeds into gardens; chords into songs; wood into, well, anything you could imagine. Greater than his love in crafting was his love for his family. Nothing made Elbert happier than seeing and talking to his kids and grandkids. He is survived by his four children and gazillion (and a half) grandchildren who he loved and thought about every minute.  Rest easy daddy, you earned it
