Dena Kay Guiltner Morehead

of Wideman, Arkansas

Dena Kay Guiltner Morehead, daughter of the late Sharon Kay Morgan and Glendon David Guiltner, was born February 18, 1961 in Batesville, Arkansas. She departed this life June 18, 2018 at her home in Wideman, Arkansas at the age of 57 years and 4 months. She was united in marriage to Leon Morehead January 27, 1977 in Melbourne, Arkansas and to this union, two sons were born. She spent her life as a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, homemaker and friend. At the time of her death, she was employed by the Calico Rock School District as school secretary. She was of the Assembly of God faith.

She is survived by her husband of 41 years: Leon Morehead of the home; two sons: Ethan Morehead and wife Kimberly of Mountain Home and Joshua Morehead and wife Whitney of Melbourne; one sister: Debbie Hoskinds of Melbourne; two grandchildren: Sloan and Sutton Morehead of Melbourne and a host of other relatives and many good friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be Tuesday, June 19 from 6-8 p.m. at Eddie's Family Funeral Home in Calico Rock. Funeral service will be Wednesday, June 20 at 10:00 a.m. at the Eddie's Family Funeral Home with Gale Wooten, Don Cross and Noel Morehead officiating. Burial will be at Wideman Cemetery.

Pallbearers: Sam Guiltner, Jimmy Crider, Winston Townsend, Rick Estes, Johnathan Moss and Chris Wooten.

Honorary Pallbearers: Micah Walker, Carl Russell and Denny Copeland.
