Deborah Ann Moody Pool

Of Calico Rock, Arkansas

Deborah Ann Moody Pool, daughter of the late Jack Moody and Berniece Hall Moody Vines, was born October 20, 1954 in Calico Rock, Arkansas.  She departed this life November 27, 2025 at her home in Calico Rock at the age of 71.  She was united in marriage to Carl Pool December 22, 1984 and together they raised their combined family in Calico Rock.  Deborah spent her life as a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, homemaker and friend.  Most of her working years were spent at McDonnel Douglas Aircraft in Melbourne, retiring after many years of employment.

Deborah is survived by four children:  Toni Hamby (Scott) of Pineville, Ray Dudgeon (Dana) of Mountain Home, Jason Pool (Melissa) of Yellville, Jarred Pool (Jackie) of Mountain Home; two brothers:  Kenny Moody of Calico Rock, Dwayne Moody (Elaine) of Pontotoc, Mississippi; one sister:  Elaine Wilson (Dennis) of Melbourne; ten grandchildren:  Ethan Hamby, Jacklyn Hamby, Maggie Wilcox (Todd), Molly Ambort (Caleb), Jacob Dudgeon, Reagan Pool, Tanner Pool, Paxton Pool, Drea Pool, Alivia Strain; seven grandchildren and a host of other relatives and many good friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; one brother:  Dennis Moody and one sister:  Jackie Sellars.

Graveside funeral service will be Saturday, November 29 at 2:00 p.m. with Gale Wooten officiating.   Arrangements by Eddie's Family Funeral Home in Calico Rock.

Pallbearers: Chad Sellars, Scott Sellars, Kyle Moody, Ethan Hamby, Scott Hamby, Jake Dudgeon.

Honorary Pallbearers:  Cary Wilson, Luke Moody, Paxton Pool, Tanner Pool, Chris Moody and Blake Moody.
