Dawnn Michelle Chick Dockins
Of Mountain Home, Arkansas

Dawnn Michelle Chick Dockins, daughter of the late Irma Jones Chick, was born July 20, 1969
in Battlefield , Michigan. She departed this life April 14, 2023 in Mountain Home, Arkansas at
the age of 53 years, 8 months and 25 days. She was united in marriage to Teddy Dockins
September 21, 1989 and together they raised two sons. Dawnn spent her life as a loving
daughter, sister, wife, mother, homemaker, and most importantly a grandmother. Most of her
working years were spent at North Central Unit Prison in Calico Rock as well as Baxter County
Sheriff's Office. She was of the Baptist faith.
Dawnn is survived by two sons: Chris Turner and wife Margie of Mountain Home and Garrett
Dockins and wife Nikki of Mountain Home; one brother: Derrick Chick and wife Becky of
Coffeeville, Oklahoma; one sister: Shanna Kelley and husband Kevin of Mountain Home; five
grandchildren: Kayden Turner, Kelsie Turner, Macynn Dockins, VeraLee Dockins, Mavryck
Dockins and a host of other relatives and many good friends. She was preceded in death by her
husband, mother, and maternal grandparents.
Celebration of life will be held, April 29 from 11 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Eddie's Family Funeral
Home in Calico Rock.
