David Wilson Cook

David Wilson Cook, 75, passed away peacefully March 17, 2024 in Burbank, Washington.

He was born November 11, 1949 in Little Rock, Arkansas.  He was preceded in death by his parents:  Robert "Preacher" Cook and Mamye Elizabeth Cook.

David is survived by his wife of 30 years:  Veraphan (Wallapan) H. Cook; three stepchildren and four grandchildren.

David worked various jobs in his life.  He was a farmer ad logger before moving to Alaska, where he worked in the lumber industry.  He worked in irrigation and was a truck driver in Washington.

David built houses for himself and his friends.  He loved the outdoors.  He enjoyed hunting and fishing in Alaska.  He enjoyed working in his grape orchard and loved working on antique guns and old muscle cars.  He enjoyed piddling around in his shop when he was able.

Graveside funeral service will be Monday, March 25 at 12 noon at Melbourne Cemetery in Melbourne with Rick Burke officiating.  Arrangements by Eddie's Family Funeral Home in Melbourne.
