Corey Dalton Ferguson was born November 10, 1990 in Batesville, Arkansas.  He departed this life April 28, 2022 at the age of 31 years, 5 months and 18 days.  He is the son of  "Boone" Love, Crystal Ferguson Cossey and Randy Franks.  Corey spent his life as a loving son, brother, father, uncle, grandson and friend.  He was a 2009 graduate of Cushman High School.

He is survived by his mother: Crystal Cossey of Melbourne; father:  "Boone" Love and wife Regina of Mount Pleasant; his father:  Randy Franks of Melbourne; son:  Haegun Ferguson of Batesville and his two step sisters:  Brooklyn Gillihan and Aubrey Gillihan; two brothers:  Tanner Love and wife Dayna of Franklin; Spencer Love of Salem; two sisters:  Mackenzie Franks of Melbourne and Cailey Cossey of Melbourne; grandmothers:  Sue Johnson (Ronnie Ferguson) of Mount Pleasant, Melba Knappenberger (Cecil) of Ash Flat, Donna Franks of Melbourne; grandfathers:  Larry Love of Mount Pleasant, Wendell Lee of Cushman; aunt:  Lori Seawright of Mount Pleasant and a host of other relatives and many good friends.  He was preceded in death by his grandfathers:  Lawrence Johnson, Carl Franks; grandmothers:  Wanda Lee and Sandra Selby; great grandfather: Jeff Melton; great grandmother: Alphea Love and a nephew:  Gage Seawright.

Visitation and graveside funeral service will be Monday, May 2 at Eddie's Family Funeral Home in Melbourne, Arkansas.  Visitation will begin at 12:30. Funeral service will begin at 2:00 p.m. at Moser Cemetery on Lafferty Road in Mount Pleasant. Pallbearers: Dustin Heiskill, Spencer Love, Devan Edge, Grant Seawright, Casey Tate and Jordan Hutchins.
