Charlotte "Chris" Jean Rushing
of Pineville, Arkansas

Charlotte "Chris" Jean Jones Rushing, daughter of the late Rev Charles H Jones and Imogene Standridge Jones, was born November 12, 1944 in Winchester, Arkansas. She departed this life on November 24, 2021 in Calico Rock, Arkansas at the age of 77 years and 12 days. She was united in marriage to Thomas Rushing on August 12, 1962 and together they raised one son and three daughters. Charlotte spent her years as a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a member of Southside Baptist Church in Fordyce, Arkansas.

She is survived by Thomas Rushing of the home; one son: Thomas "Rusty" Rushing and his wife Norma Rushing of Pineville, AR; two daughters: Debi and her husband Nate Crews of Heber Springs, AR and Jennifer Rushing of Calico Rock, AR ;three brothers: Charles (Jeanette) Jones of Sheridan, AR, Tom (Beverly) Jones of Little Rock, AR, and Randy (Angela) Jones of Alma, AR; two sisters: Peggy Parker of Jonesboro, AR and Jan Townsend of Malvern, AR; thirteen grandchildren: Chistopher Arber, Aaron Arber, Stephanie (Carl) McLemore, Crystal (Shea) Hays, Lane Rushing, Sean Goins, Jolie Goins, Dawson Clark, Davis Clark, Daxton Clark, Jay (Tiffany) Crews, Kayleann Harcrow and Kyler Boothe; three great-grandchildren: Logan White, Caleb McLemore, Hadleigh Hays and one sister-in-law: Connie Jones of Fordyce, AR. She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter: Patricia Endsley and one brother: Stanley Jones.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 3, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Eddie's Family Funeral Home Chapel in Calico Rock, Arkansas with Pastor Randy Jones officiating.   Honorary Pallbearers: Rusty Rushing, Nathan Crews, Shea Hays, Dawson Clark, Davis Clark, Lane Rushing, Daxton Clark, Kyler Boothe, Christopher Arber and Aaron Arber.
