Cecil Ray Winnett

Of Franklin, Arkansas
Cecil Ray Winnett, son of the late Luther Phillix Winnett and Ruby Lucille Farris, was born January 20, 1936 in Decatur, Alabama.  He departed this life August 1, 2019 in Ash Flat, Arkansas at the age of 83 years, 7 months and 12 days.  Cecil spent his life as a loving  son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, provider and friend.  During his working years he was a brick mason.   He was of the Church of Christ faith and a member of Franklin Church  of Christ.

Cecil is survived by his former wife: Marry Summers of Mountain Home; two sons: Carl and Audrey Winnett of Franklin and Jeff Winnett of Decatur, Alabama; one daughter: Dayna Arnoff of Ash Flat; one brother: Ronald Winnett of Flippin ;  one sister: Joan Lampkin of Flippin ;  sister-in-law Carolyn Winnett of Flippin ;eight grandchildren: Samantha Monroe, Carolyn Heffley, Bethany Ruby, Journey Arnoff, Clayton Winnett, Jason Hicks, Justin Hicks, Jamie Grissom ; six great grandchildren: Donovan Grissom, Ryder Grissom, Nancey Winnett, Collin Hicks, Brooke Hicks, and Sophia Hicks Matthew Heffley, Andrew Heffley,and Chayton Ruby and a host of other relatives and many good friends.He was preceded in death by his parents; first wife: Carol Winnett; one son:  Edgar Luther Winnett; four sisters and three brothers.

Graveside service will be at Tuesday, August, 06 at 2:00 p.m. At Burk's Chapel Cemetery with John Shutnie officiating

Pallbearers: Jason Hicks, Justin Hicks, Michael Arnoff, Justin Ruby, Seth Lewis, Sam Lewis.
