Billie Elaine Mayfield Cook

Billie Elaine Mayfield Cook, daughter of the late Charles Mayfield and Ruth Ernestine Black Mayfield, was born July 11, 1949 in Kansas City, Missouri. She departed this life January 2, 2019 at her home in Salesville, Arkansas at the age of 69 years, 5 months and 22 days. She spent her life as a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother great grandmother, homemaker and friend. Se was a member fo the Pleasant Valley Community Church in Calico Rock.

She is survived by one son: Richard Cook of Salesville; one sister: Kathy Mayfield of Salesville; two grandsons: Blake Cook and wife Sarah and Logan Cook and wife Danielle all of Springfield, Missouri; one great grandson: Wyatt Cook of Springfield; one brother-in-law: Jerry Branscum of Calico Rock and a host of other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers: Charlie Mayfield and Johnie Mayfield and two sisters: Cynthia Branscum and Becky Lamb.

A private memorial service is planned at a later date.
